We are a full-service luxury event rental company, specializing in event production, floral design installations, rentals, and exquisite decor installations.
Q: HOW DO I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?
Please fill out the contact form and a member of the 2 B Luxe team will reach out to schedule a consultation within 24 hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am-6 pm. SHOULD YOUR INQUIRY BE RECEIVED ON A WEEKEND, WE WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK?
Upon finalizing and signing the contract, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date with the final payment due 30 days before. Full contractual details will be provided.
Q: CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Sure! Our customers are most welcome, 2 B Luxe provides a quality experience to each of you with a designated appointment.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE EVENT PLANNING SERVICES?
Yes, we do provide planning and consultancy services.
Q: DO YOU HAVE AN ORDER MINIMUM?
There are minimum orders on specialty items including our luxe chairs and tables selections, lounge furniture, fresh floral installations, linens, and other specialty rentals.
Q: WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We service the Houston Metropolitan area to include, Galveston, Fort Bend, Chambers, and Jefferson counties. We are also available to travel for your event wherever it may be held.
Q: ARE MOCKUPS OF MY EVENT DESIGN PROVIDED?
Mockups are provided per contractual arrangements.
Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY EVENT ORDER AFTER I BOOK?
Changes can be made to the design concept and rental selections during the planning process. The event order must be finalized 30 days before the event date.
Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE THE EQUIPMENT I NEED FOR MY EVENT?
We can accept reservations for wedding receptions up to one year prior to your special day. For other large events, it’s a good idea to reserve approximately three to six months in advance of your event date.
